Sua abordagem nos eventos tem como objetivo aliar inovação, metas e resultados a uma gestão mais humanizada, pautada em interações saudáveis e valores.

Formou-se em 1998 em Análise de Sistemas pela Universidade Católica de Pelotas, e ingressou diretamente no Mestrado em Ciência da Computação da UFRGS, tendo obtido o título de Mestre em 2001.
Atuou em diversas funções dentro de grandes empresas de tecnologia como HP, IBM, Stefanini, sempre voltado à área de sistemas. Em 2008, assumiu o primeiro cargo de gestão, como Coordenador de Desenvolvimento de Sistemas na Vonpar, e desde então segue na trilha de liderança.
Em 2009 foi promovido a Gerente de Sistemas, e em 2010 a CIO da Vonpar, onde permaneceu até 2017. Em 2012, cursou o MBA em Administração de TI da Unisinos, onde após a conclusão do curso foi convidado a ser professor neste próprio curso, tendo ministrado 7 edições. Participa do Grupo de CIOs do RS (GUCIO-RS) desde 2010, e em 2021 assumiu a Presidência deste grupo, que conta com os líderes de TI das 50 maiores empresas do RS.
