Aline Castro é palestrante e consultora. Ampara líderes em decisões estratégicas organizacionais e pessoais e desenvolve programas de saúde emocional nas empresas. Tem dezenas de formações nas áreas da neurociência, psicologia, psicanálise e comportamento humano. Professora de neurociência e saúde mental da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, do Hospital Albert Einstein e da pós-PUC digital, co-fundadora do Congresso Internacional de Felicidade e desenvolvedora de programas de lideranças em organizações como Volvo, Grupo Boticário e Latam.
Doutoranda em Filosofia na linha de Inteligência Artificial, Mestre em Governança Corporativa e MBA em Desenvolvimento Humano de Gestores pelo ISAE/FGV, especialista em Relações Internacionais e jornalista pela Universidade Federal do Paraná. Estudou na Alemanha, morou na Índia e foi correspondente na Itália e repórter no Rio de Janeiro e em São Paulo pela Rede Globo. Hoje, Aline Castro ministra palestras e aulas no Brasil e no mundo.
