Executiva de TI com 21 anos de experiência em multinacionais de tecnologia, é palestrante empresarial de inovação disruptiva e professora de temas contemporâneos. Além de seus feitos acadêmicos e profissionais, fundou a Tribo Polimata e a plataforma Escale Sua Mente para fomento de múltiplas inteligências e liderança pós-digital.

Possui uma pós-graduação de Master of Mobile Technologies pela Uniasselvi; MBA em Gestão, Empreendedorismo e Marketing pela PUC-RS; e um Master in Business Reinvention - PRIORI Moda, uma pós-graduação da FIESC focada em estratégia empresarial com foco na Indústria da Moda.
Já atuou como DBA, desenvolvedor de sistemas, analista de sistemas, analista de suporte, gerente de projetos, product owner, especialista em infraestrutura em algumas das principais empresas de Santa Catarina.
Está na Malwee há 8 anos, onde entrou como Gerente de Infraestrutura. Atualmente, é Gerente Executivo de Inovação e Tecnologia e conduz o time que está iniciando a transformação digital do grupo.
