Um tema que todos falam é a Revolução Digital. Muitos artigos apontam como serão as empresas no futuro. Mas, o futuro não chega pronto e subitamente. Ele é construído passo a passo. Primeiro aparecem sinais esparsos e aparentemente desconectados de tecnologias e mudanças sociais. Sem uma visão de contexto, não conseguimos correlacionar um ponto com outro. Só depois de algum tempo é que observamos que eles formam um padrão e que a transformação é fruto da convergência de diversas tecnologias.
