Executiva de TI com 21 anos de experiência em multinacionais de tecnologia, é palestrante empresarial de inovação disruptiva e professora de temas contemporâneos. Além de seus feitos acadêmicos e profissionais, fundou a Tribo Polimata e a plataforma Escale Sua Mente para fomento de múltiplas inteligências e liderança pós-digital.

Atuou como coordenador de Tecnologia da Informação da Samae de Jaraguá do Sul e desde 2022 está à frente da equipe de TI da Marisol S.A. Entre as suas principais atribuições na empresa está o gerenciamento de vida completo de projetos de tecnologia, do planejamento até a implementação e o monitoramento. Também é o responsável por implementar estratégias alinhadas aos objetivos organizacionais e liderar projetos de melhorias de sistemas SAP, de PDV e de gestão comercial.
