Coordinador General de Innovación Gubernamental de Jalisco. Especialista en medios digitales, defensor del internet libre y promotor de la apertura gubernamental hacia los ciudadanos. Experto en redes sociales y TI, ha trabajado en importantes proyectos de minería de datos. Durante su gestión como Director de Innovación Gubernamental de Guadalajara, se destacó por crear y desarrollar herramientas para la transformación digital de la región hacia una “Ciudad Inteligente”, implementando más de 40 sistemas de gobierno electrónico y plataformas digitales. Actualmente, es responsable de la agenda digital del Estado de Jalisco, liderando importantes proyectos como Red Jalisco, además de encargarse de la agenda de Inclusión Digital e Inteligencia Gubernamental.
