É Doutor e Mestre em Administração de Empresas (PUC-Rio) e possui MBA em Marketing Estratégico e pós-graduação em Neurociência e Comunicação Corporativa. Também é bacharel em Administração e em Comunicação Social (UFRJ).

Atualmente, é palestrante e professor na graduação da UFF e nos cursos de MBA da FGV. Além disso, presta consultoria e fornece treinamentos sobre diversidade de gerações, comportamento, liderança e comunicação.

Com 30 anos de experiência em Tecnologia da Informação, atualmente é Head de TI na Coca-Cola Andina, onde lidera uma equipe de 200 pessoas. Responsável por áreas-chave como desenvolvimento de sistemas, infraestrutura, telecomunicações, transformação digital e cibersegurança, ao longo de sua carreira, se destacou pela implementação de soluções inovadoras e pela condução de projetos de transformação digital, utilizando metodologias ágeis como Scrum e Kanban. Entre os principais projetos estão plataformas como: Salesforce, ERP SAP S4 Hana, Oracle Field Service, Power BI e RPA. Seu foco é criar um ambiente de trabalho motivador, acompanhando o desempenho da equipe e sempre incentivando o aprimoramento contínuo.
